Our team will be at your service on your big day, ensuring everything runs flawlessly from start to finish. We begin with your timeline, then take over your vendors two months before your event to be sure we are familiar with every detail of your wedding day.  

  • A personalized planning checklist when you book to guide you along as you plan

  • Initial meeting 6-8 weeks from your wedding day to go over everything

  • Review contracts and confirm bookings

  • Final walkthrough of the reception venue

  • Create a timeline to share with your wedding day team and wedding party

  • Ceremony rehearsal

  • A team of two coordinators will work on your wedding day (optional)

  • Ceremony and reception setup of personal items, decor, and other items based on the overall scope of the day. Full-Service** included

  • Oversee the entire day and work with the wedding day team according to our timeline
